Request Account & Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data from TelehealthAfrica's systems.

Before you proceed: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data including appointments, health records, and transaction history will be permanently removed within 30 days of your request being processed.

This must match the email address used to register your account.

What happens next?

  1. Your request is submitted and our admin team is notified immediately.
  2. We will verify your identity within 3–5 business days.
  3. A confirmation email will be sent to you once verification is complete.
  4. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of verification.
